First time here. Had to wait even with a reservation which is frequently a bad start. When we were seated, things looked up as they seated the two of us in a booth for four with charming ambience and great acoustics. Refreshing to go out to eat and have a pleasant conversation with one another. Our server was Robert and he took our cue immediately as we were ready to order. Very proficient service, food prepared perfectly and in and out in time for the concert we were attending. We’ll be back. Perhaps this place is overlooked because of the “chain” stigma, or the fact that it’s in a casino, but pleasantly surprised!

We went here for our anniversary and it was amazing!! The food was phenomenal, best steak I’ve had! The service was exceptional, everyone from the hostess, to our waiter, to the random people stopping by to refill out drinks was just spot on. Our drinks never went below half full. The lava cake for desert was amazing too!!

Phryme has the most amazing steaks. I had the six ounce and my husband 14 oz New York Strip. I was surprised to find out the 6 ounce also came with mashed potatoes and green beans. I loved the steak. It melted in my mouth and was cooked to perfection. The potatoes, green beans were nothing to write home about. My husband also ordered mushrooms and asparagus as sides to share so I tasted those and they were ok but not great. The asparagus I believe was served in a Hollandaise sauce that was cold and too thick for my taste. I will go back and try other sides but I did go for the steak and it was incredible.

Our experience at The French Hen was our the top. There wasn’t a single aspect of our evening that was not great. Atmosphere, hostess, server (Diego), the drinks, and the food was off the chart. The Scallops and Shrimp Pasta was fabulous. The pasta alone was outstanding. Thanks for the great evening.

Everything was outstanding! The deviled eggs and volcano shrimp did not disappoint. After that the chowder and wedge was great. The surf and turf and salmon was amazing. And the martinis and bread pudding fantastic! No complaints. This dinner was phenomenal!!
