Además, hiko-A-mon cuenta con una destacada lista de vinos así como de sake y shochu (bebida alcohólica destilada de cebada, camote o arroz). Esto se debe a que Chef Hiko tiene una pasión por el vino. Se puede disfrutar de buenos platos japoneses con buen vino, sake y shochu. El entorno del hiko-A-mon es muy adecuado para solteros, parejas y familias. El bar de sushi tiene capacidad para hasta 12 clientes, además de tres cabinas especiales para 6 comensales cada una y mesas con bancas para hasta 16 visitantes. Cuenta con un comedor privado para hasta 10 comensales y el salón "Ozashiki" puede acomodar hasta 16 personas.
