OBC Kitchen lleva el nombre de los condados que con el tiempo se convirtieron en Kentucky; los barriles de bourbon que se enviaban desde Kentucky a través del río Mississippi llevaban estampada la leyenda “Old Bourbon County” y se volvieron sinónimo del mejor bourbon de los Estados Unidos.
