También cabe destacar el bisque de cangrejo azul o los especiales de cada noche, entre los que se incluyen una variedad de platillos. El bar ofrece happy hour todas las noches, dispone de todo tipo de bebidas y tiene asientos para 20 personas que se asignan por orden de llegada. El ambiente es casual a la vez que elegante y cuenta con muebles acogedores en el patio y bajo la marquesina. Además, se ofrece un servicio atento y acogedor, una bodega enorme y un bar cómodo y moderno. El menú, creado por el chef y propietario Dave Snyder, cambia cada temporada y es atrevido, creativo y gratificante. Para asegurarse de que los comensales quedan satisfechos, Dave se encarga de capturar el pescado y también se pasea por el salón para escuchar las opiniones de los clientes.

Located just north of the Demere Rd. round-a-bout in Redfern Village, in the heart of St. Simons Island, we offer a full bar, a wide selection of appetizers and seafood with an extensive raw bar and feature a pristine marsh view. Oyster offerings rotate from aquacultures up & down the East Coast, and are available raw or steamed as well as stuffed & baked. Meat eaters fear not! We offer a Filet, NY Strip and Pork Ribeye that will compete with any steakhouse in the area.

Enjoy cocktails & appetizers and enjoy the marsh view from the lounge on our back porch!

Notable appetizers include the Raw Oysters (of course!), Old Bay Chicken Wings, Drunken Clams and Southern Crab Dip. You can also, graze on a Double Cheeseburger, Po' Boy or Fish Tacos.

For dinner, Chef Ben's Special of the Day usually takes top billing, but the Seared Scallops with Tasso Cream and Shrimp & Grits with Red Eye Gravy are popular too. However, the Seared Pork Ribeye with Guajillo Butter is an unsuspecting hit!
