This is an amazing Brazilian restaurant that has been carefully pruned to perfection. Outside the price being a little steep, the food, service, and ambience is five star. I had short interaction with restaurants Manager who was kind and enthusiastic to know ways he could make the experience any better. I told him it’s great just the way it is now, just keep it that way.

Delilah was awesome! Our waters were never empty, she knew it was a business meeting and had the perfect balance of checking on us and allowing us to have our meeting! So cheerful and thoughtful! Everyone was delighted with their food!

We had the filet and the sea bass and both were outstanding. Claire, our waiter, was excellent and the support staff assisting her always spot on. The chocolate cake dessert was as good of a desert we have ever had at a restaurant. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Ronin features elgant farm cuisine with a constantly evolving menu. Set in the beautiful, newly-renovated historic Ice House on Main in downtown Bryan, our restaurant shares an open-air kitchen with our dining room, floor to ceiling exposed brick, and hand-built, suspension tables made from wood salvaged during renovation.

Our menu is updated daily, based on what we have harvested from our garden during that given week. Our farm is located just seven miles from our restaurant. The climate and changing seasons play a major role in what we serve. It is our intention to always provide a variety of menu options and to accommodate any dietary needs.
