Best food we’ve had at a restaurant in college station for a while. We had the lobster spaghetti and tiramisu. Whiskey, wine and mojito. Waiter was attentive and ambiance was great

We came here with a group of 10. It was a first time for many people in the group, but my wife and I are regulars. Garrett served us and gave us the great 1860 Italia experience that we come for. The food was delicious. I got the blackened red snapper special and my wife got the lobster carbonara. My brother-in-law said "it was the best lasagna he'd ever had". The calamari was cooked perfectly. The chocolate cake is huge! Garrett gave us plenty of attention even though he was juggling us and two other big tables. He made sure to check in on us, get us everything we needed and even spent time to chat with us. His service was perfect and he made our night a great experience.

Ronin features elgant farm cuisine with a constantly evolving menu. Set in the beautiful, newly-renovated historic Ice House on Main in downtown Bryan, our restaurant shares an open-air kitchen with our dining room, floor to ceiling exposed brick, and hand-built, suspension tables made from wood salvaged during renovation.

Our menu is updated daily, based on what we have harvested from our garden during that given week. Our farm is located just seven miles from our restaurant. The climate and changing seasons play a major role in what we serve. It is our intention to always provide a variety of menu options and to accommodate any dietary needs.
