Can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. Perfect service, perfect drinks, perfect food, perfect desserts. FDC has checked all the boxes. Over and over. Consistent high quality everything. A very cash money place if you’re looking for the best of everything with a menu that has something for everybody. Wanna feel like you ate a Chevy Suburban the night before? Get the full experience. Picky girlfriend? Order her an indulgent cut of her choice. That tinder date you just found out is vegetarian? She needs a seafood tower. With the talented Cristina Martinez at the helm, this is one of the best restaurants in northern New Mexico. Do not miss the Ash Crusted Tuna Aguachile, both delicious and beautifully presented or the Hatch Chile Relleno, just bursting with New Mexico flavor. Be sure and save room for the S'More, sinfully good and a visual delight! The staff is lovely and efficient and the setting is quiet, comfortable and elegant.

We had an awesome time meeting for brunch at Mimi’s! We could all hear each other talk which was nice, we definitely hung out for a while catching up and didn’t feel rushed at all! Everyone ordered something different and we were all very happy with our food and drinks! Fantastic service and just great brunch experience!

I love this little place nestled between the chapel and hotel. Best cheeseburger in Santa Fe outside fast food. The patio is gorgeous the walk to it breathtaking with all the shop displays. Service is terrible. I mean terrible. But it’s worth getting past that to the patio and great food. We go here often to take a break from all the chili and heavy spices in town. We forgive the service every time for the experience.
