Utterly superb dining experience. The service was impeccable: knowledgeable , friendly, warm, hospitable. There were numerous amuse-bouche. The bread was fresh and herbaceous. The sommelier gave us inspired wine pairing ideas (and Auberge offers half glasses so one doesn’t get totally overwhelmed). Each course was explained. The weather was perfect. The views were sublime. An extraordinary experience. Really, really lovely.

We had the gnocchi, burrata, lamb and seafood pasta. All were delicious, except the veg and potatoes were overcooked and needed better seasoning. Spiced pear mule was great!

We met four of our friends for dinner, and it was delicious. I chose the tomato carpaccio for the appetizer. It was delicious with dollops of burrata on top and garnished with small pieces of plums and herbs. Fabulous. My husband had the halibut crudo...also delicious and tasty. Beautiful pieces of halibut with jalapeno slices, and some other stuff...not sure what it was, but wow...super flavorful. We both got the beef entree served with green beans. It was cooked perfectly and flavored very nicely. For dessert, I chose the almond and apricot dessert with a burnt honey ice cream...which was cake like, with pieces of apricot in the cake. It was unusual but flavorful. We ordered two bottles of their specially priced wines. We chose the Tongue Dancer Chardonnay, and it was delicious. With our entrees we enjoyed a bottled of CHEV, a Michael Brown pinot...also fantastic pairings. We had ordered a different bottle of red, but noticed some smoke taint (it was a red blend from 2020), and they cheerfully substituted our bottle. We also were treated with several delicious pastry/candy treats at the end. It was a pleasant, delicious, wonderful dinner experience.

If I could give it six stars I would. The staff are well trained and efficient but were never rushed. The pace of service was excellent. Flatware and plates for each course were presented and removed at the same time. The food featured fresh, local, in-season produce artfully prepared and presented. The wine list also featured local selections that were high quality and affordable as well as the finest European wines. The staff were knowledgeable and conversant about the wine list. The view is incredible; almost better than the food. It’s not inexpensive but is an incredible value.

Drove by and wondered for some time now and tonight - sans the kids we decided to go. So wonderful. Staff are dedicated to a fine dining experience and the food was outstanding.
