Didn't need all the sweets... with a few starter nibbles and then five awesome but tiny savory courses, either have to bump up the portions on each course or add a couple more savory courses. This is the best food and wine pairing in the wine country. Chef John is a talented, witty fellow. Mayo wines are wonderful, so many varietals, and blends. For a small winery, very wonderful.

From the minute I made the reservation to the end of the night, owner Heidi was so helpful and made our family dinner so very memorable. With her suggestion we preordered some appetizers for our party of 12 which was seated in their private room. The table looked amazing when we arrived and the grill charcuterie boards and burrata were so delicious. Service was excellent and attentive. And finally dinner and dessert were delicious as well. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at The Saint. When we’re back in the area we will definitely spend another evening there.
