Fume Bistro is a locals neighborhood restaurant, nestled north of downtown Napa, off of HWY 29. We are an American bistro with French, Italian and Mediterranean influences. We like to call our food simple, honest and seasonally correct. To accompany the food, we offer an eclectic wine list which is primarily, but not limited to California wines. Comfortable, friendly service. Attention to detail. Terrific food in a great atmosphere. Come on in, let's eat!

Please note that our covered, heated terrace is open all year and super 'dog friendly' during lunch and brunch hours - during dinner in the colder months we enclose the terrace and it's considered part of the dining room. Attended a birthday celebration with 7 people. Hostess seated us right away and service was very good. Two of us ordered the Wine Country Cowgirl burger. Unfortunately, this was very unsatisfying. Though the meat was cooked properly (medium rare and medium), there was next to no brie on the burger (was so incredibly thin that I believe one of us only got the rind and no cheese) & the bacon onion jam that could not be tasted. What flavors came through were the balsamic reduction and the arugula. These two flavors were so strong that I couldn't even taste the meat (though I don't think there was any seasoning to the meat anyway). As this was almost $50 of the total bill, it was disappointing. On the other hand, another of our party had the fish & chips and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Went for Father’s Day- made a reservation, got in on time. Staff was great- friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great! California Benedict- beignets & jam… so good!

Charlie’s has good food and such a peaceful outdoor space. Highly recommend dining on the outdoor patio when possible. Great place for lunch on a nice day.
