Local seafood selections such as Carriage House whitefish from Lake Superior and prime steaks from a Detroit family butcher are paired with fresh salads, soups and desserts topped with signature Iroquois Hot Fudge.

It's been a long time since we were last able to die at the Iroquois - still my favorite restaurant on Mackinac Island. Great food, great atmosphere, great view.

Chandler’s opened it’s doors in December of 1999 behind the historical Symons General Store building. It’s a cozy place with only 50 seats in the main dining room & 10 seats at the bar. When real estate is too tough to find - it’s standing room only! For a change of scenery, guests can enjoy dining in the wine cellar where they are surrounded by the 4,000 bottle collection that serves both the restaurant and Symons General Store. In the warmer months, guests can choose to dine outside, on Chandler’s brick courtyard.

we visited on a Wednesday night and had a nice table in the wine cellar. We both had veal scallopini with terrific mushroom sauce. Portion of veal was a bit skimpy, but the flavours were fantastic. Obviously a varied wine list. We would definitely recommend a visit.

We enjoyed trying 3 different menu items-they were all delicious. We really liked the sauce with the sticky ribs. I enjoyed an after drink, You're turning Violet, Violet, before dinner and it was great. Our server, Alex, was exceptional. Very professional, great descriptions of the menu items, and perfect timing. It was the perfect evening to sit outside on the patio.

Great chicken fingers and ribs. my friends had pizza which they just loved. My son had a burger that was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was so pleasant.

Very attractive place centrally located. Excellent and friendly service. Flatbread was outstanding. Crab cakes and chicken masala were good but we have had better. Very pleasant wine service with interesting and unusual selections.
