All of foods were nice and staff were very kind. Upstairs floor were a little quiet and more private space, thus was nice too.

We arrived on a Sunday evening around 7:45. We were sat next to the "play room" for kids. That was a big mistake. The restaurant looks high end and is on the higher price scale, but the play room sticks out like a sore thumb. A place like that should not have a kids play room. For one, we wanted a stress free evening not with kids running back and forth to their tables. Now for food. We started off with queso fundido, and a fresh salad. The salad had a balsamic drizzle that was flavored but was way too thick. The steak was awesome, we had a tomahawk and a ribeye with mashed potatoes. We ordered asparagus but never arrived even after asking for it. We received a grilled octopus that we didn't order (will get to server later). The octopus was way overcooked . We ordered some cocktails, the mojito needed help as the sugar was added and was not dissolved. The fruity drink was great. The hot sauce that was served needs some help from the taquito vendors. The main server needs some etiquette training. He never once looked at us while talking. He would be facing somewhere else and a lot of the times we could not hear what he was saying and we would have to ask him to repeat. His approach was totally memorized and spoke 100 words per second. While taking the order he didn't write anything and he should have as we had to remind him what we ordered. The helper Alex was and is great. He should be taught how to wait tables and be allowed to be a server. Excellent and attentive. A quiet night it wasn't but still enjoyable because of family. Close the day care, those girls are putting up with too much from those rowdy spoiled kids.
