We have been going to the original Cafe Matisse for almost 30 years. When we heard that a new chef owner had taken over we had to give it a try. Matisse 167 did not disappoint. Chef Greg Power has definitely kept the tradition of inventive delicious dishes that former owner Peter Loria had established. The food, service, and of course the ambiance is as special as it has always been. We definitely will be coming back

Had a wonderful and romantic dinner. The salad, main course and dessert were delicious. The service was outstanding from the hostess to the server. The restaurant was very romantic, warm and cozy. We will definitely go back for future dinners.

I absolutely love this place. I have been here 3 times in the past 2 months and it’s my new go to restaurant for live music and great food. I even like the dessert which I usually hate to order from most restaurants. The chocolate mousse is amazing such a great way to polish off the meal. They have some of the best oysters I have had in a long time and the scenery is lovely. The main course options are superb and worth every penny. 10 out of 10 I would recommend. I will be going back again and again. It’s the perfect hidden Jem.
