Fuji Japanese Restaurant in Haddonfield has been featured in both Zagat and the Philadelphia Inquirer for its popular and massive menu of Asian cuisine. There are actually three menus at Fuji Japanese Restaurant: one for sushi, one for lunch and another for dinner.

The sushi menu includes small plates and combination platters of sushi and sashimi.

There are nearly three-dozen forms of maki available as well, including specialty versions. Temaki is served here too. Other popular items at Fuji Japanese Restaurant are the chicken with plum wine sauce, Chilean sea bass, ginger pork, panko-crusted crab cakes, multiple forms of tempura and combination plates that give you samples of more than one item.

We went with another couple and honestly, we loved it. The wait stuff was excellent and my husband I shared an entree and a salad, and it was quite enough. We felt it was not too noisy and really enjoyed being able to carry on a conversation without yelling. We will go back again.

Enjoyed the restaurant. Ambiance was great and cozy. Food was delicious and service was superb. My only criticism is that they didn’t have the fillet so I ordered rib eye, which turned out just fine. Happens. Other than that, would highly recommend.
