Cielito Lindo is an extension of La Cita Mexican Restaurant in Cherry Hill. Owners, Olivia, Regulo Reyes, are originally from Puebla, Mexico and have been residing in South Jersey for over 20 years. Regulo served as an executive chef at Caffe Aldo Lamberti and Positano Coast by Lamberti for over 15 years before pursuing an independent restaurant venture. Founded in 1996 the ideas for the Marblehead Chowder House were actually hatched a few years before. Sitting at "The Barnacle," overlooking Marblehead Harbor one raw winter day, while the spume from the rough saltwater painted the windows and the Sam Adams Lager flowed freely, a concept was born.
