Chez Catherine is consistently rated one of the Best French Restaurants in New Jersey. It provides a wonderful dining experience from the warm greeting when you enter to the last sip of wine. This mainstay of Westfield, NJ for the last 38 years delivers quality cuisine and impeccable service.
The owner, Stephane Bocket was born in Dunkerque, France. Stephane was the Maitre d'Hotel for 12 years before purchasing Chez Catherine in 2016. His career spans many years at Alain Ducasse's restaurants in NYC and France and before that in a number of other restaurants throughout France.

Así es como este restaurante terminó llamándose 100 Steps Supper Club. Cuenta con un bar de alimentos marinos vivos, esto nació de querer un bar de ostras tradicional en el que los clientes puedan satisfacerse con ostras en su concha, almejas y otros deliciosos mariscos. Ambos conceptos se unen en este nuevo lugar, y ¡es así como 100 Steps Supper Club y su Raw Bar le dan al cliente la bienvenida! 100 Steps es el restaurante hermano de A Toute Heure. ¡Ambos restaurantes cuentan con descorche!
