Situated just a short walk from the Scarsdale Metro-North Station, Café Alaia, a Michelin award winner 2020 thanks to its cozy décor, soaring ceilings and welcoming owner (Vincenzo Alaia), the dining room is all buzz. Thoughtfully arranged tables, framed by rustic wooden chairs, typically bear elevated versions of regional Italian dishes. Pastas are a highlight and fittingly so, like tender spinach- and ricotta-filled ravioli bathed in a melted sage-infused butter. Squid stuffed with crab, spinach and breadcrumbs is augmented by perfectly poached cherry tomatoes, not unlike the fresh figs set atop a crostata di pere. A bar in the middle is ideal for solo or couple diners who want to linger.

Our brand new space has plenty of room to accommodate social distancing. We have installed the highest rated air purification system with state of the art UV technology combined with MERV 13 Filtration.

Have been going here for years. Often for family celebrations. And have never been disappointed. The chef takes pride in the food which is excellent. Service is amazing and important to us since we are often traveling in to meet, they don't rush us out which is appreciated. Prices creeped up a bit it seems (as with most food) and tiramisu may be a bit pricy, but since we love quality tiramisu, we ordered one each when it could easily have been shared. Thanks Cafe Alaia!

We had a wonderful meal the food was delicious, we started with a Martini it was delicious. We had the meatball appetizer it was perfect great flavor. The main courses were absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. This restaurant is one of the best places in the area I highly recommend you try it. Also they have valet parking. Go there you will not be disappointed.

As usual, the entrees were very good as was the service. We went with one other couple. We all had different entrees and there was nothing left over! Enjoyable dinner!

We had the most delicious dinner! All 5 of us had the Apple cheddar salad and the red snapper special. And of course we couldn’t pass up the chocolate bread pudding!

We were celebrating an anniversary knowing we would enjoy a delicious meal and excellent service. We were delighted when the owner brought a special dessert presentation gratis that elevated our whole experience! Wish we lived closer so we could frequent Risotto all the time, but we’ll definitely make a dinner stop every time we come through the area.
