Novio’s is an inspired bistro offering a small and selective menu that includes items that are representative of the education, training, travels and experiences of our team.  We feature meats & seafood and produce from local farms, fisherman and other purveyors. The menu offers vegetarian and gluten free options, beautiful soups and salads, and fresh pasta. Novio’s offers a full service bar that showcases an elegant yet approachable wine list, craft beers, and signature cocktails and an extensive scotch & bourbon list. Items on the menu change often as our team becomes inspired by the stories of experiences had by our guests. While guests seated at tables and booths order from the four course menu with an optional wine pairing guests that book reservations at the bar have an option of ordering à la carte.

At our AAA Five Diamond, Forbes Five Star restaurant, we showcase incredible ingredients sourced through specially cultivated relationships with the farmers, fishermen and foragers of coastal Maine and just beyond for beautifully-presented, always inspired dishes that encapsulate the very essence of our spectacular setting.

We have a smart casual dress code; jackets are preferred, but not required. Shorts, sportswear, and flip-flops are forbidden in the dining room.

Always a great time! Perfect date night on our vacation. We come every year and it is always great food and service. And the piano music is perfect!

Magnus on Water is a cocktail bar and restaurant that features Peruvian-inspired comfort food from Chef Rafael Zimmerman. Bar Director Brian Catapang helms the Pinnacle Award winning cocktail program at Magnus, with rotating, seasonal drinks to compliment the big flavors of Raf's food. Sustainability is paramount to us, and we work with farmers & fisherman who are respectful of Mother Earth, while working diligently to minimize waste.

Our space is polished, but still intimate and cozy, and in the summer Magnus on Water has a large outdoor patio, complete with gardens and fire pits. We also have a private dining room for large parties and are available for full or partial event rentals.

Impeccable attention to needs by the entire staff not experienced at all restaurants..Besides the food being delicious the presentation was a visual delight. Appreciated the pacing of the service.

Welcome to The Tarratine. We focus on providing an elegant yet approachable experience for our community. Created with skill and passion, the menu features an exciting array of seafood, streak, brunch foods, and signature items from our Executive Chef and his culinary team. This is within our historic gentlemen's social club, built-in 1907. Our spacious venue allows for individual experiences in various spaces, including our rooftop terrace. The Tarratine provides a variety of spirits, cocktails, local brews on tap, and an approachable wine list.

Parties of 12 - 18 guests will be offered a reduced restaurant menu.
Parties with 19+ guests, please call us at 207-992-4090, and someone will love to talk to you about your special night.
We allow you to bring in a cake from state-licensed bakeries; a $5 per person cutting fee will be added to the final bill.

Due to the historic nature of the building, our upper levels are not handicap accessible.

Beautiful, historic building with attentive, friendly service. I had the seasonal berry salad, which was generously sized, and the halibut which was good but a bit over-salted.

Bringing some LA vibes to the northeast. REGARDS draws inspiration from the diverse food culture of Los Angeles. We highlight flavor profiles from Japan and Mexico with the freshest of Maine produce and products.

The menu at REGARDS has bright, zippy ceviches and crudos, rich tamales, plump Argentinian shrimp tacos, along with mezcal cured hamachi collars, crab rice and grilled cabbage with caesar.

Clarified lime margaritas with eucalyptus or our gin and sotol martinis with hibiscus pair with our adventurous menu. We pour natural wine and have a large selection of curated mezcals and tequilas.

A place for us and for you. Might not make sense, but it sure is delicious. Across the street from Reny's. Nearby Maine College of Art, Portland Stage Company, State Theatre, Empire Comedy Club and Blue Jazz Club.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Regards in Portland, Maine, and it was an extraordinary experience from beginning to end. This gem, led by a rising star chef Neil Zabrieski, masterfully blends coastal cuisine with an innovative Japanese-Mexican flair, creating a unique and unforgettable dining adventure. The ambiance at Regards is both warmth and inviting. The soft lighting and thoughtfully arranged seating enhance the cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The service is welcoming and none pretentious at all, which I love. The staff were warm, attentive, and well-versed in the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring a seamless dining experience. The menu features locally-sourced seafood. Tuna, shrimp, and a variety of fish are Portland’s best ingredients. Each bite is a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, showcasing the chef’s soul and creativity. They use heirloom corn and milled it in-house. Sourcing the best product from Masienda, they turn it into delicious tortillas to pair with the fish collar dish. Lots of fermentation such as masa miso and many things. This is the star of my night. To taste something beautiful and different is a lifetime experience. Regards in Portland, Maine, provides an exceptional dining experience that beautifully marries coastal cuisine with inventive Japanese-Mexican flavors. The combination of a stunning ambiance, extraordinary food, and top-notch service makes this restaurant a must-visit. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, Regards promises a culinary adventure that you won’t soon forget. Thank you for your hospitality and an amazing food memory on my travel journal. I eagerly look forward to returning and exploring more of their exciting menu.
