Magnus on Water is a cocktail bar and restaurant that features Peruvian-inspired comfort food from Chef Rafael Zimmerman. Bar Director Brian Catapang helms the Pinnacle Award winning cocktail program at Magnus, with rotating, seasonal drinks to compliment the big flavors of Raf's food. Sustainability is paramount to us, and we work with farmers & fisherman who are respectful of Mother Earth, while working diligently to minimize waste.

Our space is polished, but still intimate and cozy, and in the summer Magnus on Water has a large outdoor patio, complete with gardens and fire pits. We also have a private dining room for large parties and are available for full or partial event rentals.

I tried a drink off their specialty menu, it ended up being something I just could not get my tastebuds around. They were super nice and took it off my bill, and I explained it’s not them it’s me haha. They made sure to check in with us about everything else after that, but truly that was the only hiccup.

Overall a nice place to have a dinner out in a modern upscale setting. Super attentive and friendly staff, easy free valet parking and good location near old port and cruise terminal in new building. Flavors of dishes very good but be sure to ask gem to be careful to not overcook the meat or fish.
