Dining at The Old Inn on the Green is an extraordinary experience: fine wine, great food, attentive, knowledgeable service and the dining rooms illuminated only by candle light. Chef and Owner Peter Platt, along with his team, work to create innovative and memorable meals that are an event unto themselves. Currently, we are offering a $85 prix fixe menu with 5-6 choices per course every night we are open. The hours for dinner are Wednesday through Sunday 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm for both indoors and in an all new screened outdoor room. The wine list is graced with an array of thoughtfully selected estate bottled wines from France, California, Italy and around the world. I am so sad Dewey’s is closing this week. They have been my favorite jazz restaurant to go to the last few years, and they will be sorely missed. If you get the chance to go before they close on the 23rd, do it!

The special wine tasting event was spectacular! Per usual, the chef created a remarkable pairing with the wine- in this case, sparkling wine by Moët and Chandon. The service, food and knowledgeable presenter made this a great date night!

We have dined at Nuovo in Worcester, MA on occasion during the past 12 years, and they have never disappointed. The food quality and service are excellent, as they were when we dined there on June 6, 2025. Our waitress was superb, and the food, wonderful. However, the prices, particularly for drinks has become excessive (as they are in most good restaurants) when added to the overall bill, but we will continue to dine here (at least on special occasions) because of the food quality and service. We recommend them for special occasions.

My husband and I went to the 350 Grill to celebrate his birthday. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Our server, Michael, was outstanding. He was attentive, courteous, professional, funny, and kind. The food was incredible, quite possibly, the best steak I have ever had. We had a great date night, thank you!
