Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.

Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners. Each time I go I love all or love some of the courses. None are bad or mediocre-its just that I am stretching my tastebuds by attending lunches with cuisines which I am not familiar with, Desserts are always excellent, especially walnut cake which is delicious and humungous The first lunch I went to had duck moulard. This was delicious and the portion was enough for an entree although it was the appetizer. The pasta with butternut squash was one o the best pastas I have had and I have visited Italy numerous times. Loved the corn soup from Puerto Rico which was a surprise but I did not love tortilla corn soup the following week; however the lamb was great as was the dessert. Husband had a salad as an appetizer that was huge. I will definitely try as many lunches as I can get reservations for, '

The food was delicious as always! The restaurant was very busy. The food was cool when it arrived at our table and our server forgot to bring us grated cheese for our pasta (after offering it to us). The server also walked away several times as we were trying to ask for additional items, seemingly not realizing we were speaking to them, which may have been due to background noise. We still enjoyed everything and would return again.

We celebrated our sons 6th birthday and Toro was the PERFECT spot and experience. He requested the "chocolate pinata" to celebrate so we made a reservation to make sure his birthday dessert dreams came true. We were greeted warmly, seated at a great table and welcomed by our server Daniella who was accommodating, gracious and sweet to the guest of honor. The pineapple margarita was delicious, chips, salsa and fresh guacamole is outstanding. Our son loved his chicken tenders and corn- the kid menu is perfect for the littles. I never switch up my order opting for Taco Salad every time and I am never disappointed- it is so delicious. We were all blown away by the over the top birthday dessert and he had the best time knocking all the delicious treats out of the pinata. Toto Cantina is a great spot for families looking to celebrate!

We were glad to have a booth as there were many large groups there so the vibe was lively. Our server was attentive and the food excellent. Enjoyed being there on Wine Night where all glasses were $7 and bottles 1/2 price.
