Our signage in and around the building is limited due to landmark regulations. P.J. Clarke's at Tioga Downs Casino Resort is a little taste of the big apple with an upstate, New York small town charm combined with a Resort full of fun. Although the restaurant is fairly new at Tioga Downs Casino Resort, the name P.J. Clarke's is a legend in New York.

Clarke's is know for their delicious burgers, such as our Cadillac Burger (double smoked country bacon, onion, American cheese, and bread & butter pickle) but we are not your average burger joint.
