We had a very lovely meal. Our server was attentive, but not overly so. She was extremely helpful. The white cosmo was delicious as usual. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and delicious. Everything on the menu looked amazing. We will definitely be back—it’s always on my list when we come to Big Canoe.

Excellent salads. You will want to get the sourdough bread as an appetizer; it’s delicious. Service from was excellent, as always. Booth seating is comfortable. The lemon dessert was great. Definitely recommend coming here.

La Scala is one of our favorite Italian bistros for special occasions. The food is always consistently good and the service is great. We’ve been there 6 times and it never disappoints.

Great service from Taylor even though the place was packed and she was working a large table. Food was very good, especially the spicy chicken soup.

The staff are friendly, engaging, and happy to help. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend the crab balls as an appetizer, and the trout as the entree was excellent. And a nice bottle of pinot grigio was the perfect addition!
