We are a family owned modern Italian restaurant and bar run by the proprietor Joe Lynch and his son Ryan Lynch.
The name Con Amici comes from the Italian family and friends dining ethos which translates to eating with friends where families and close friends come together to have a meal around a table whether it is at home or in a restaurant, making it a big event. This is what we want our customers to experience when they visit our restaurant.
Jackdaw or Jac-do in Welsh, is the nickname given to a person born within the castle walls of Conwy town. The name is taken from the bird which can be found nesting in the walls of the town and castle.
Within the walls of Conwy Castle lies The Jackdaw, a restaurant by Nick Rudge. Providing a unique Welsh Tasting Menu on Tuesday to Saturday evenings and 'The Nest', a reduced 4 course lunch Tasting Menu on Friday and Saturdays.

We’re an independent, family-owned bar and restaurant located in the heart of Penyffordd, North Wales. Our menu is focused on modern, seasonal dishes using only the freshest ingredients and local produce. All of our dishes are made to order and we offer dining both inside and outside on our terrace.
This big open space with its easy, informal mood has an open kitchen where Bryn’s team of chefs turn simple, local, seasonal ingredients into extraordinary bistro-style food. Menus are served all day by interesting people who really understand food, and there are no rules, so you can do what you like: tuck into breakfast, graze over small plates at the bar, share a Sunday feast with family, watch the sun go down with friends. Good times with good people, and no distance between you and the beach.
Here at iâl Restaurant, we are passionate about creating an excellent dining experience whilst caring for our environment. iâl Restaurant offers only the best contemporary cuisine, produced using a mix of home grown and locally sourced Welsh ingredients. Using the Welsh and European Farm to Fork strategy, we farm our own meat, grow our own fruits and vegetables, and produce our own dairy with our colleagues at Northop and Llysfasi farm. In collaboration with Coleg Cambria, we introduce to you a fresh approach to dining, here in the heart of Wrexham town centre. In light relaxing surrounding, submerse yourself with friends and family in our beautiful retreat. Where the music is acoustic and the lights dimmed, come sample our signature 15 hour cooked beef brisket dish or let us choose for you with our weekly specials. If the sound of that doesn't grab your attention, the smell of our fresh focaccia and sourdough we bake everyday will.
The Potted Lobster Abersoch offers a unique and relaxed dining experience with a menu packed with fresh, locally sourced seafood. Quality is at the heart of everything we do, serving up simple yet delicious flavours using only the freshest ingredients sourced from around the coastline.
We’re proud to say that we champion local produce and regional suppliers; from Mermaid Seafoods here in Llandudno to Dolmeinir Meats, whose wares come direct from the family farm on Anglesey. We bake our own bread every day, make each and every sauce or accompaniment – the mayo, the bearnaise, the dips, the chutneys – although we’ll own up to leaving the ketchup to the experts.
