Seven years ago Katie & Tom Hannon stepped into a very dark and sad shell of a pub. A lot of hard labour ensued to create their vision of showcasing the best qualities of a modern pub; seamlessly combining carefully sourced, sophisticated yet familiar food and drink in a welcoming authentic pub environment.
