Nevedya is Food for the Spirit, an organic plant-focussed restaurant & cafe in the Dandenong Ranges outside Melbourne. We serve wholefood vegetarian and vegan world cuisine with flavours from India, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and beyond. Our ingredients are healthy, ethical, organic, seasonal and showcase produce from local farms and growers.

Run by husband and wife duo Daniel and Shakti, it is an experience to bring you back to your true self. The food is a cleansing experience of reconnecting to nourishment at its untainted roots.

All the food is designed and created by female head chef Shakti Iyer with intention to nurture, transform and heal.

Inspired by Indian restaurants, Ayurveda and our travels throughout the world expect to taste our famous Ayurvedic khichadi, Sri Lankan masala dosa, world fusion tapas, plant-based all day breakfasts and our amazing organic and healthy desserts!

Our strikingly beautiful and large venue spaces are all sophisticated, elegant arrangements of banquet seating, booths and soft, comfortable chairs. We have two stunning levels, both available for private functions (big or small) or casual dining and drink experiences.

Overall dining experience was great. Note the food is Asian fusion, so don't expect genuine Asian food. We loved the chicken skewers (so tender) and the beef cheeks in curry. However, we found Frankie's balls to be pretty bland and really no different to dim sims from the corner shop. Likewise, Frankie's donuts were also disappointing and tasted no different from gourmet sausages from Woolies or Coles. Service and attention was great. Atmosphere was also top notch.

Dined in the Graze family bistro at the Sale Greyhound club with family and friends. Ambience was pleasant with low noise levels initially becoming much louder as more people arrived. Meals arrived shortly after ordering and everyone was impressed with the presentation, taste and quantity of their meals. Overall this was a satisfying experience and we can't wait to return.

Was there in a large group (18+) and this was handled very well. Beverages and food were excellent, served timely, service great and we were easily able to settle our split bills. Very, very satisfied. the ease of the bill was a real bonus

I chose Wah Wah Gee as a suitable restaurant for my staff get together. They all enjoyed the Feedme option - there was plenty of variety and to satisfy everyone. The staff were mindful of a request for food allergies. A very enjoyable evening.

Best smoked meats ever! We went back 4 times to eat there during our visit to the Grampians. We particularly loved the coffee beef cheek which was exquisitely tender and the BBQ pork ribs!!
