Greeted by very friendly host, seated with amazing views over the beach/ocean, very efficient, friendly wait staff. Waiter very knowledgeably explained the menu & how it worked, making helpful suggestions. Never had to ask for anything. Water appeared when needed. The food was absolutely delicious. Coffin Bay oysters (to die for🤣) dumplings stuffed with prawn, the iconic Moreton Bay bug rolls did not disappoint, the duck curry sooo delicious & nicely spicy, the roti the best we’ve ever had & the golden gaytime dessert the perfect finish. Great wine list. Needless to say no other food required for the rest of the day!! We will return!

Greenfields is a training restaurant for Tafe College students. Allow at least 2 hours for dining there. The feel is ambient and relaxed. There is a choice of 3 three entrees and three mains with a dessert option. The quality of the food is excellent and the presentation also. A fully licensed bar with a wide choice of beverages complements the setting here as well as a view over the local hills. It is a bright and airy rooftop space. *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣

My daughter requested we went there for here birthday, she said it was the best birthday ever. The weather was sunny with some breeze we booked outside, I was worried about some of the reviews but could not find fault with anything, maybe the servings were a little large we had to take some home next time I will try the beef sandwich.

Nestled in the heart of Budds Beach (only a 5 minute walk from the heart of Surfers Paradise) Bumbles Cafe is many things to many people. For residents of the Gold Coast, Bumbles is the café where they religiously visit each morning: grab the morning paper, nod to the barista signaling “the usual”, and plant themselves in their favorite seat amongst other regulars.

Bumbles has become an extension of their own homes and kitchens. For other locals, it is where they come every weekend to meet a group of friends and have a catch-up while they tuck into their breakfast of salmon benedict, side of hash browns & freshly squeezed juice. Others arrive by jetski on the beach and grab a take-away lunch to enjoy later.

My sister loved her meal and that was the main thing as it was her birthday but for me who dodges gluten and dairy I found the menu very limited. I had half a scone from my daughters scones and half a piece of toast from my sisters breakfast so paying for it today. If you are normal person who does not need to avoid certain food groups then it’s really a lovely space to come. Years ago there was better options in the menu so I didn’t even think to check before I booked like u normally do.
