We wanted a local restaurant with a different flair on food, we achieved this at El Porton being a Spanish Restaurant. Food was delicious and yes there is a great wine list but all in the expensive range. Overall enjoyed our meal and will definately come back.

Our winery is only 40 minutes from the Gold Coast and 1 hour from Brisbane, making a great road trip excuse for share style feasting boards, wood fired pizza, wine or coffee in The Olive Grove, Chalet or the Deck. Wine tastings are available with prior booking, the wood-fired pizza oven is baking fresh pizzas or bread and the cellar door. Grab a glass of red and wander the vines. Try the "Best Sparkling in the Region".
We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service experience and welcome all to enjoy a fun-filled, day trip escape. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10-5 pm. Kitchen closes 4pm.

From the spring rolls , rib eye steak, Moreton bay bugs and coral trout they were all outstanding dishes. Edgar our waiter was personable, attentive and had a great sense of humour. It was a fantastic experience all round and we would highly recommend.

Cute little quirky restaurant by the river! It was relaxing and felt like we were in someone's house. Excellent service and Kate was very welcoming and chatting to all her guests! It was my daughters 8th bday and we ordered some cupcakes in advance for after breakfast. 🙂 We will return.
