**Important arrival Information**
Mezzanine Hotel is located in Tulum's stunning National Park. A new one way system is in place in the park, with the entrance by Tulum's ruins just off the main highway. An entry fee of $58 is payable to enter the park but this will be deducted from your bill. Please be advised that we have a 20-minute grace period. We were greeted at the entrance by an employee that blocked traffic in order for us to park right in the front, as we walked in and got sat by our waiter, they were burning sage throughout the outside patio area which was very pleasant and calming. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. We ordered the Kao pad and pad krapao for dinner, both were phenomenal. Surprisingly enough, this was a very inexpensive dinner with great ambience and awesome service. I’d definitely come back!

Dine on a fusion of Mexican fare and seafood at Nav�os. This restaurant offers beautiful views of Nichupte Lagoon from its terrace, and guests can choose to dine right on the pier. Guests can begin their dining experience with an appetizer of clams in a half shell saut_ed in garlic chili, smoked marlin or carpaccio with marinated octopus and mushrooms at Nav�os. An entree of pumpkin seed and cilantro crusted salmon or filet mignon topped with a tamarind sauce will satisfy the appetite. Vegetarian and pasta dishes are also on the menu. I had an amazing dinning experience at Navios today! They have BY FAR the best and freshest seafood I have ever tried and combined with the beautiful setting and atmosphere, this is definitely a place to come back to time and time again. The service was superb! Highly recomended for all and any occasions!

We have been here in Cancun for three months and Alex met us on our first day here. We are staying in the canal homes and it’s very close to this place. Alex is a fantastic manager and is always very attentive. The food and drinks are very good. The view is amazing. We have been here like 12 times. We enjoy everything about this place. 5 stars for everything. We have another 1/2 of a month to month here and we will be back at leave three or four times.

Cannot recall the name of our waiter for the life of me but his service was impeccable. Two other staff members also checked in on us throughout the meal. Meal was fantastic and came out in a timely manner. Location is great and dining outside provided a nice view. Late evening dinner would be my recommendation as it is quiet and it’s not too hot.
