Malpeque is a fully amazing experience. The space itself is perfection. We sat facing outward to the ocean with waves, palm trees, and a reflection pool. The service was perfect. Attentive, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. The food was simply incredible. Their ability to prepare the freshest fish and shellfish is unlike anything we have ever tasted. The yellow tail crudo rivals any that I have ever had and the grilled colossal shrimp and spiny lobster were the best we have ever eaten. The creativity of the chef while maintaining the simple natural flavors of the fish, seafood and ingredients is superior. I would suggest this dining experience to everyone. We will most definitely return soon!

Fabulous evening!! We have been to Pandano multiple times and have never been disappointed. The restaurant sits on a beautiful stretch of beach lending to a perfect breeze off the ocean. The ambience, service and food was top notch!! A must to visit if you're in Tulum.

We had a wonderful dinner at Gaia yesterday with my family. The service was truly astonishing—Cesar and Bruno went above and beyond to make the experience personal and memorable. The raw bar tour, along with their detailed explanations, gave us a new appreciation for sustainable fishing practices. The food was exceptional. The bacalao was hands down the most delicious fish I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend the Ensenada Cebiche—fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. A fantastic dining experience all around!

This restaurant was one of the highlights of my trip! I sat outside by the ocean and listened to the waves crashing while I ate. All of the staff are so friendly, attentive, and treat you like you are a part of their family. The food is outstanding! I highly recommend Sea & Stone!
