Best food in Cancun. Phenomenal service from entire staff. We’ve been coming here for 11 years and Alfonso is our favorite. Takes great care of us!! Table side Caesar and beef bouillon soup. The aged steaks are to die for. Top notch.

This was delicious! Had a bar cart which was neat. We got the fire pasta. It is rich but very good. Chicken Parmesan was very good too! Caprese and meatballs for appetizers were a hit for all. The bread tastes homemade. Harp player in the background. Would highly recommend a reservation here!

This is more than good food, it’s a gastronomic drama that is exciting and perfectly prepared dishes. The quality of food and services are a reminder of what Michelin stars are all about. The decor is interesting and the water features are over the top cool. I recommend Ha above many San Francisco 2stars I’ve visited. Well done!!!

Amazing experience. Ambiance was top notch, all the way to the server uniforms. Service, excellent and attentive. I had the dry aged ribeye, my husband the dry aged New York strip, and my son the Senegal shrimp; all to DIE for. Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Tulum!

Service was great but food wasn’t as I expected. 7 people in my party all said steaks were okay, but sides were better than main course. Steaks look like they weren’t made fresh, as if they had been sitting for a while, plus they had no flavor. Long drive to get there from the hotel zone to be disappointed.

Good food… noisy place… too much noice we could not talk to each other… we were a group of 9. For the record, the DJ played some nice italian music instead of electronic when asked. Now, service. Attentive, fast in serving but not so in cleaning. Waiter kept opening bottles of San Pellegrino sparkling water without even asking (of course they were included in the bill)
