Malpeque is a fully amazing experience. The space itself is perfection. We sat facing outward to the ocean with waves, palm trees, and a reflection pool. The service was perfect. Attentive, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. The food was simply incredible. Their ability to prepare the freshest fish and shellfish is unlike anything we have ever tasted. The yellow tail crudo rivals any that I have ever had and the grilled colossal shrimp and spiny lobster were the best we have ever eaten. The creativity of the chef while maintaining the simple natural flavors of the fish, seafood and ingredients is superior. I would suggest this dining experience to everyone. We will most definitely return soon!

Fred's Restaurant in Cancun was fantastic in every way. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the Flaming Crunchy Shrimp "show." The ambience was lovely with outdoor and indoor seating with a water view. Don't forget to leave room for dessert.
