We have been here in Cancun for three months and Alex met us on our first day here. We are staying in the canal homes and it’s very close to this place. Alex is a fantastic manager and is always very attentive. The food and drinks are very good. The view is amazing. We have been here like 12 times. We enjoy everything about this place. 5 stars for everything. We have another 1/2 of a month to month here and we will be back at leave three or four times.

Visited Bubba Gump on 6/21 and the experience was great. The staff did a great job of delivering the food and everyone was nice. The birthday song & dance was hilarious.

Cannot recall the name of our waiter for the life of me but his service was impeccable. Two other staff members also checked in on us throughout the meal. Meal was fantastic and came out in a timely manner. Location is great and dining outside provided a nice view. Late evening dinner would be my recommendation as it is quiet and it’s not too hot.

The experience was fabulous. The service, music, food and the show were perfect. We celebrated our anniversary, and they took care of everything. Recommended. We all miss what the old, classic HRC was, but it was good, good times with my family! We went to celebrate my parents 57th anniversary and the staff prepared a surprise for them and a photo singing and with guitars! The food was ok, and the drinks very good!

I was really impressed with the food after reading some reviews here, arranchera plate was delicious and sliders. We had an awesome super sweet server. My daughter loved it.
