For my main meal I had the Poc-Chuc which was very tasty and came with corn tortillas to create tacos if desired. I also chose the beet salad which was a very large portion that had generous amounts of goat cheese and cashews. Complimentary chips with 4 different delicious sauces were brought to table. Service was excellent.

We visited Tramonto while staying at Vidanta Grand Mayan. This is our second visit to the resort and second time dining at Tramonto. The food is fantastic and the service is second to none. The wait staff are polite and professional and very attentive. We enjoyed everything about the restaurant and will definitely dine here again before we leave.
