Husband & wife; Sam & Emily Moody have undertaken a careful and considered refurbishment of this historic space to create a relaxed-elegant dining room re-capturing the feel of the late Victorian/early Georgian building.
An updated kitchen will celebrate Irish food using the very best of Laois’ larder & exceptional Irish suppliers. The menu is simple, seasonal, exciting and diverse.

Really excellent night in Bramleys, had the tasting menu at €75 per head, well worth it, great value. Sadly had to drive so could not hop of the wine. Short list but covers the main regions. All in all would definitely recommend.

Our story: The StockHouse is result of four people with an avid love of good food, good times & good value. Having both eaten out and working in various establishments both in Ireland and abroad, and having spoken about opening our own restaurant on many a night out it finally came to be when Mick and Orla approached Tom and Carmel about the possibility of opening a place of our own. They had been watching the building for quite a while and when it became available they decided to act and so our partnership was formed and StockHouse was born....

While the Stockhouse was busy and lively, we had a cosy table overlooking the town of Trim and Trim Castle. We ordered the fish cakes, a very tasty starter. The feather blade of beef was delicious, But I needed to order extra mash and gravy to finish the plate off. The chicken Fettucinne was creamy. Great service and lovely music. The 2 course meal was a bit expensive but as we enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere it was worth it for a special occasion.

Opened under new ownership in December 2023, we are located adjacent to our existing Roundwood Stores bakery and artisan food store. Come and enjoy good food, wine, craft beer, and log fires in the beautifully restored 1820’s Coach House.
The pub is open midday until late, Thursday to Sunday, for walk-ins and reservations.
The menu is slightly more casual (as are some of the tables) but the room is cozy and the experience the same.
The restaurant is open midday for lunch and 5pm for dinner, walk-ins or reservations available.

Gourmet Food Parlour Dunshaughlin recently won the OpenTable Diner's Choice Award. The 70 seater restaurant can be found at Fingal Court, just off Dunshauglin’s Main Street. Myself and a friend went for Brunch, service was prompt and the food was exceptionally delicious. The service staff are very friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend the restaurant for Brunch

First time visiting and we will definitely be back, food was lovely and staff very friendly and attentive. Bill came to €89 for 2 adults mains, 2 kids mains, soft drinks, 2 glasses of wine, a coffee and two kids desserts. Very good value!
