Sorry- but small children cannot be seated in our garden area due to many trip hazards & gardens that have been carefully designed are not kid friendly unfortunately - Thanks for your understanding .

As per usual, another fantastic dining experience at Mimosa Carlow. Fabulous tapas and wonderful value all served by expertly trained staff. Ample tapas for two adults with drinks & desserts for under €90! Where would you get it? At Mimosa Carlow, that's where!

We specialise in serving modern Thai and South East Asian cuisine, along with delicious cocktails, craft beers and wines from around the world. Our style of service is friendly and relaxed as we believe dining out should be a fun and friendly experience. We have an enclosed heated rooftop terrace that comfortably seats up to 30 people all year round and is perfect for birthday bashes and corporate events. We also offer various group menus. We don't charge for room hire once there are a certain amount of people in the private group.
We cater for ceoliacs as we have many gluten-free dishes and desserts as well as a gluten-free beer! We are happy to discuss any dietary requirements you may have

Early Bird runs 4.30 - 6PM Tue-Thu, 4-5.30PM Fri -Sat and 3-5.30PM Sun and costs €27,95. This offer includes an appetiser and main course from our early bird set menu.

Great pizza's, friendly chatty staff and lovely IPA's on tap like Seeking Sunshine. For casual, laid back dining with views of the river Shannon. Can't fault it, highly recommend.

First visit to The Clermont…….. will definitely be back. Had lunch in the restaurant. The front of house team is professional, courteous and attentive. The food was perfectly presented and delicious. Dessert is a must here 😋. The premises is spotless throughout and the decor is soothing and relaxing. We had a very enjoyable afternoon, thank you. Lovely spot, food is very good and staff very friendly and efficient. We eat there as much as we can, the only problem is getting a free table!! We highly recommend Cons for food and drinks...lovely cocktails
