CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.

In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill.

We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. The unique atmosphere and privileged location make CARNAL the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch, an intimate dinner or a business meeting.

Steakhouse founded in 2000 by Juan Gabler. Since then, Cuerovaca has specialized in grilling the finest steaks, coming from our Patagonia, the volcanic South of Chile and the United States.
Our experience is based mainly on beef from Angus and Wagyu breeds (a breed of Japanese origin, considered the best meat in the world). Additionally, we also prepare Patagonian lamb, as well as seafood and fish from our southern seas.
Our mission is to create an authentic Chilean gastronomic culture, a meat experience based on the best Chilean breeders, along with award-winning wines from our country. Ambience is great. Definitely a different experience. Great place for seafood lovers. Only complaint was with our tuna medium (3/4) request--it came overcooked.
