We returned again and it was superb again! The ambiance is amazing with loads of Cuban artworks , the service fantastic and food is the best we’ve had in Chile again😀

La historia de la cocina Chino-Peruana se remonta a mediados del siglo XIX, cuando los primeros trabajadores Cantonéses emigran al Peru y empieza una fusíon de su cocina milenaria y la peruana.

CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.

In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill.

We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. The unique atmosphere and privileged location make CARNAL the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch, an intimate dinner or a business meeting.

Very good steak mine was slightly under food is really good, nicely laid out great professional staff I would go back not cheap based on US steak houses

Good restaurant, food is on the high end, service was excellent. Ambience still requires a little refinement though some areas like the table on the cellar was totally fine. The spaces are not intended for a cosy or quiet dinner.
