From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who immediately made me feel at home. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and modern, with a subtle Japanese aesthetic that set the tone for the meal ahead. The menu offered a wide variety of sushi options, from classic rolls to innovative chef specials. We decided to try their signature sushi platter, which included a selection of nigiri, sashimi, and creative rolls. Each piece was beautifully presented, showcasing fresh ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The Shake Aioli roll was a standout, with its creamy texture and subtle yet satisfying flavors. The attention to detail didn’t stop at the food.
