This was hands-down one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The atmosphere was inviting, but what truly made the night exceptional was Chef Silvano. His passion and knowledge were evident in every dish, and his personable approach made us feel like the entire evening was curated just for us. The quality of the fish was top-tier--fresh, buttery, and beautifully presented. The creativity in each dish was off the charts, with thoughtful flavors and unique touches that set this place apart. Even the soy sauce and wasabi stood out! You can tell every detail is intentional and elevated. If you're looking for a sushi experience that's both personal and unforgettable, this is the place. I highly, highly recommend it. We can't wait to come back!

Founded in the oldest house of the neighborhood, under an old tree, La Negra is frequently visited by families, retired people, couples, kids, tourist and young local crowd, everyone part of this story since 2015.

First time at La Negra. Food was amazing, service was amazing. Sara was our waitress but all the servers help each other and were all great 👍 Me and my wife shared the pizzas and the Burger. Both were delicious. Very nice ambiance. We ate upstairs and it was beautiful with all the greenery!

MIKOH es un restaurante de comida japonesa, sushi, robata & bar. Con un mood playero pero elegante, experiencias gastronómicas orientales y mixología de autor que nunca antes has probado. Todo el menú es recomendable, pero no te puedes perder la "Robata".

Mikoh se ubica en la zona dorada de Bucerías, por lo que podrás tomar un pedido y llevarlo fácilmente a la playa o disfrutar del mejor ambiente del pueblo en el restaurante.

Los fines de semana Mikoh Musik tiene los mejores DJ's para llenarte de energía y buenas vibras.

Our waiter Marvin was extremely helpful and efficient. We ordered the yakisoba. The special portobello, the tempura roll without cream cheese. I’m from NY and cream cheese belongs on a bagel. and spring rolls. Each dish was well done and was delicious

My husband and I had the GREATEST experience at Loma 42 Bahia while visiting Puerto Vallarta! Not only was the food some of the most delicious, tender and creative we’ve had but our service was incredible. Ivan was our waiter and he was attentive, kind, detailed and has a true passion for the food. To start we had the guacamole and the truffle fries and WHOA were they good! The guacamole had pepitas in it which was such a welcome change with the crunch and natural saltiness they provide and the fries were some of the best. We then had the ribs and the burrata and beet salad for entrees. The ribs were an extremely generous portion and the meat was literally was falling off the bone! My husband was in heaven. Now onto my salad. Some people think you can’t elevate a salad but Loma 42 has done just that! Their combination of grilled beets, burrata, fresh greens and strachitella was out of this world. Again, my salad portion was huge! We finished up with the brownie dessert. This was not a “normal” brownie. It was a hot, gooey, chocolatey skillet brownie served with two scoops of ice cream and I’m pretty sure my tastebuds went to heaven. I could eat that everyday. Lastly, the cocktails and mocktails were awesome. The bartenders at Loma are craftsmen (and women!) who truly deserve a shoutout! Hands down, if you’re in PV, go to Loma! Your tastebuds will thank you!!

More than a restaurant, Nicksan is a culinary experience of the highest level. In its open kitchen, the ingredients of two ancestral cultures located on opposite sides of the world are fused.

Its owners Masayuki Niikura and Ángel Carbajal, originally from Japan and Mexico respectively, opened the first Nicksan restaurant in Los Cabos in 1994, creating amazing congruencies between the flavors of both countries.
