I have pleasure in offering you a unique, fine dining experience here in The Highlands at Cafe1, Inverness.

We take great pride in sourcing local ingredients - some produced by ourselves from our own Croft!

Our open plan kitchen turns quality Scottish produce into appealing modern dishes.

We are a restaurant that moves with the times.

All tables are re-booked 2 hours later.

Cancellation policy.
No shows will be charged at £20 per person Monday - Thursday £40 per person Friday & Saturdays.
Cancellations within 5 hrs of dining will be charged £15 per person with the restaurants discretion.

We had a wonderful meal at Cafè 1. Their staff were fantastic, always looking out for our needs, and very helpful and knowledgeable about their menu. We were there as a family of four as Early Birds, and we took advantage of that special menu, which was great value for money considering the quality of the food that is on offer at this restaurant. We have been touring Norway and Scotland for a while now, and this is the best meal we have had on our trip, thank you! Stand-outs reported by my daughters were the calamari entrees, and the carbonara. The soup was fantastic, as was a beef salad with chilli added for me. We definitely recommend this as a must-go if you are visiting Inverness. Cheers!

I was only in Inverness for one night, and this restaurant was the best possible choice! I’m a solo traveler from the states and must say, the food, staff, and company I met while at the restaurant was incredible. I would love to come here again and get the Cullen skink for a second time!

So Glad I booked Jimmy Badgers for a lovely evening meal & Drinks. Absolutely recommend, and will definitely be back! On arrival we were politely greeted and seated by Cairan. Our meal was absolutely outstanding, so fresh & delicious 🤤. Was such a lovely atmosphere, not too busy but not quiet (we did book a table incase). Nice chilled music on in the background. A special thanks to Ciaran for his great service, he didn't stop the whole time we were there, checking on his customers, serving, making drinks & taking food orders. Such a credit! We will be back!😁🥩

It has developed a unique selection of paellas, some classic spanish paellas and some original local paellas. We have developed paella into a dish for any taste and any occasion, including delivery!

We have a large range of tapas which you can treat as a meal, or as a starter to a meal. There are tapas to suit all tastes and we have some signature dishes that are unique to the restaurant, like our gambas pil-pil and our garlic chicken .. they have to be tried.

Always a great service. Polite and helpful staff. Food is lovely and served in a decent time. Deals for certain times of the day and becoming a weekly drop in for laptop usage and unlimited hot and cold drink. Can’t go wrong. I’ll be back (with some pals hopefully) 😊

We'd never tried this place before and were looking for somewhere to have lunch before our onward journey north. It was an amazing choice. The food was amazing. Especially the Haggis Burger and BBQ Dirty Fries. One of the best I've had. Highly recommend it. Wonderful service too. Reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back!

The host was amazing. A huge credit to the restaurant. The rest of the staff were good, but the host was exceptional. Food was good and decent value for money. The restaurant is a lovely setting and the rest of the bar etc had a lovely vibe.

Ten of us thoroughly enjoyed our evening celebrating our granddaughters 17th birthday. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were big. The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. We will certainly visit again.
