About the restaurant
Dubai’s first and only all-vegetarian degustation fine dining experience. Also caters to vegan and gluten-free diets on request.
The menu is inspired by humble seasonal ingredients, that are pure, clean, natural, and energy-containing. The cuisine uses fresh produce and dairy products from local farms. The restaurant is driven by the culinary maestro, Chef Rahul Rana, who has a rich background in curating vegetarian and patisserie concepts in culinary arts. The menu at AVATARA will showcase a modern avatar of the techniques, philosophy, and story of soulful Indian food. Indian cuisine was originally predominantly vegetarian. However, the perceptions around vegetarian food have been that of limitations. The idea is to break through these perceptions and curate a unique vegetarian fine dining experience.

Amazing food and service. Loved the story behind creation of each dish, very innovative. Beverage package needs to be improved. The cocktails and mocktails were tiny as compared to the price charged and wines expensive too.

Dining at Tresind was an enjoyable experience. The ambience and decor One & Only Royal Mirage is like a palace. The food was not only delectable, but also artistically presented. I would like to complement Shubham on the live preparation of the modernist chaat trolley.

The location doesn’t get better if you want to ser the fountain. Unfortunately a lot if people only go there for a glass of wine and the take photos of the fountain. These guests have no respect for guests dining there. They stand right behind your seat and they are loud and annoying. The food is really good. But if you have to pay 82 dirham for bread you would expect fresh and warm bread. Not the case. Boring, half dry bread with tasteles condiments. Really disappointing. Beside from this: super nice service, good tasty main courses. I would like to recommend the restaurant, just take notice if the above mentioned things. 2 hour slots if you sit outside.

This place, from start to finish was a vibe and a half. I have been waiting what feels like forever to visit a nusr-et restaurant and it did not dissapoint. The show around the food being brought out to drinks being made in front of us, it was great. One of the great memories ill have. The steak, WOW, literally melted in my mouth. If you have a decent budget to play with, grab one of the golden steaks, the look alone was worth it, almost didnt want to eat it because it looked too beautiful
