Found in the middle of the Bold Street, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. Pho Castle street is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK.

Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too.

It’s a beautiful modern open plan restaurant with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Old Hall Street. Talking of skylines, you have to visit 360 Sky Bar on the top floor, it’s a huge contemporary terrace which has unrivalled views over Liverpool and the River Mersey, I can’t wait for you to see it.

Serving real Italian food as it should be, the menu really does have something for everyone. Check out my new lounge bar as well, it serves one of the biggest selections of Prosecco, sparkling wine and Franciacorta in the UK, with over 30 varieties for you to choose from. Pop by for a drink after work or enjoy one or two while you dine, the choice is yours.
