The restaurant offers a menu where our respect and appreciation for local ingredients is reflected, always using the freshest and best quality ingredients. The result is dishes created using a mix of influences from traditional and contemporary cuisines.
We ensure that the best accompaniment to our cuts of meat and seafood is, without a doubt, a good glass of wine. Our wine list is made up largely of wines from the Valle de Guadalupe, consistent with the idea of taking advantage of the region's product.
