My aim has always been to offer beautiful food in an authentic English pub. Dishes that are heart-warming, seasonal, and packed with flavor. All I wanted was for our guests to return home happy and contented! This aim established our reputation and remains firmly in place today.

At The Crown, our hospitality will be based on exactly these principles - seasoned, I hope, with a pinch of added ambition in the kitchen. And on the floor front-of-house, you will be greeted and looked after by Amber Flint and her team.

Taking hospitality back to it's roots with a warm welcome from our genuinely friendly team, gastronomic experiences showcasing outstanding suppliers and produce but most of all – to enjoy our great quality menu, simply prepared.
The Greene Oak prides itself on offering a diverse selection of wines, beers, cask ales and ciders. Our carefully selected wine list offers an accessible range of bottles to suit all tastes and dishes and don't worry if you are driving, we have an extensive lo and no alcohol list too.
There is a large garden and terrace which is covered and has heaters, with two horse boxes for the perfect unique dining experience. There is ample parking and dogs are very welcome in the bar.

Mio Fiore is our favourite Italian restaurant in the area. The staff are always so friendly , the atmosphere is relaxed and not rushed. The food is so delicious no matter what time of the day we go. I love the fact that the lady serving always knows what we like to eat.

Originally an old butcher's shop, we created one of the first wine bars outside London in 1975 - The Eton Wine Bar.
