The Hotel San Cristóbal's Restaurant offers a fusion of classic Mexican cuisine with a Mediterranean,
inspired by the diversity and culinary abundance of Baja California. By exploring All Saints and
surrounding communities, you can see fishermen arriving at the beach in their pangas with their daily
fishing, smelling fragrant basil in the night air, and observing whole truckloads of strawberries, herbs, and
green beans from fields not far from the beach . The menu will focus on this incredible local abundance,
variations of traditional Mexican dishes, and other fresh and simply prepared foods.
The wine programme will focus on winemakers who cultivate sustainably, with emphasis on organic and
biodynamic wines. The selection will cover Western Europe and the United States and include some of
Mexico's exceptional wines. The cocktail menu will include artisanal mezcals, tequilas and classic
cocktails from warm climates

Absolute perfection. The service was exceptional and attentive. Each course was better than the last. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience fine dining in Baja.

Thank you Michelin Guide for recommending DUM—a verdant jungle oasis in the middle of Todos Santos. The atmosphere under the palm trees in our secluded table for 2 was supreme. We chose the 5-course tasting menu which was excellent. However our favorite course was the amuse not listed on the menu. Raw oysters with Sangria granita & jalapeño. Wow! Excellent service—especially the laid back bartender who was an expert in Mezcal & Tequila. Recommend you arrive right before sunset to enjoy the “jungle” as it transitions from filtered sunlight to moonlight.

They were very busy for Father’s Day, which is understandable so other than taking a while to get greeted and seated everything was excellent as always

What an amazing experience! Hearing about the background of the Paradero from Abraham was very interesting. Sitting by the tortilla grill and watching Sarah make tortillas was really fun. Julio our waiter was absolutely fantastic! The food, the ambience and the property itself was all very special. We’ll be back soon!!
