The Hotel San Cristóbal's Restaurant offers a fusion of classic Mexican cuisine with a Mediterranean,
inspired by the diversity and culinary abundance of Baja California. By exploring All Saints and
surrounding communities, you can see fishermen arriving at the beach in their pangas with their daily
fishing, smelling fragrant basil in the night air, and observing whole truckloads of strawberries, herbs, and
green beans from fields not far from the beach . The menu will focus on this incredible local abundance,
variations of traditional Mexican dishes, and other fresh and simply prepared foods.
The wine programme will focus on winemakers who cultivate sustainably, with emphasis on organic and
biodynamic wines. The selection will cover Western Europe and the United States and include some of
Mexico's exceptional wines. The cocktail menu will include artisanal mezcals, tequilas and classic
cocktails from warm climates

Accogliente e con possibilità di cenare al chiuso (io ci sono stata inizio gennaio e la sera fa freddo per cenare all'aperto), proposta di piatti che si differenziano dagli altri locali e tutti veramente buoni; non un locale economico, ma prezzo adeguato

Location molto bella e personale cortese Cena di Capodanno quindi menù fisso con piatti elaborati ma non sempre indovinati Nessuna bevanda inclusa (per questo rapporto qualità/prezzo non soddisfacente) e offerte come se lo fossero

Locale molto bello, servizio veloce e cortese, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo Fish and buono ma servito in po' freddo, ovviamente ostriche, di essere da quelle alle quali siamo abituati in Europa, personalmente preferisco le "nostre"
