Signature flavors and techniques by Chef Eric Arellano reimagine an all-day menu of Mediterranean-inspired favorites, carefully sourced ingredients and a bounty of the Baja Peninsula’s finest fresh seafood. All alongside a lively menu of housemade cocktails, wines selection and a day-to-night setting soaked in the carefree spirit of Los Cabos.

OMG, the dessert was so delicious. I absolutely loved the Maria. I love the montage. It is such an amazing resort and I can’t wait to go back with my wife and son.

Our server, Rodolfo, was incredible! He provided impeccable, personalized service, excellent recommendations, and all of the food and wine he suggested were perfectly prepared. They were very accommodating with our food allergy and it was a stellar meal. We will be back!

Without question one of the best restaurants in Cabo! From the arrival to departure the service is great! We were celebrating my fiancées birthday. They made it a most special occasion. As with any busy restaurant, and they are busy, if there is a large group the sound level can be elevated. Making a reservation around 7:30 is a good idea because the atmosphere generally is beginning to wind down. I have e dined at Panache probably 10 times. One final note: Order the tiramisu for desert!

Amazing!! The food, the service, the music - all created a wonderful experience for my birthday. The staff were attentive and the food tasted amazing. Every bite was a masterpiece. Absolutely spectaular. Tasting menu with the premiere wine pairing was exceptional. Wish we would have gone sooner. Can't wait to go back again. Even got a surprise tour of the kitchen by the head chef. Love this place!

Food was great. We had a large party- so service was a little slow. But that is kind of expected in Mexico. Fun spot for a mild party vibe. Fireworks show was cool. If we had more time, we would have tried Taboo (connected restaurant upstairs) on another night.
