Food was delicious and large portions (especially for pizza, salads) and would have loved some garnishes such as chili oil, olive oils, parmesan, herbs etc to be considered proactively alongside what is otherwise good and straightforward pizza. Music was not our favorite, more like beach club rather than italian restaurant - this is maybe consistent with music selection for the broader resort but I would recommend something bespoke for a setting like Mozza.

Excellent food recommended by the chef/owner. Everything exceeded expectations and will definitely be back. Margaritas were also delicious!

After two years they changed their headquarters to the touristic zone in San José. Amazing! Wonderful experience. The celeriac and leek dish was unreal. Ambiance is unique in a garden setting with the bar going around a big old growth tree. Will absolutely be back!

Dined in the upstairs area overlooking the street. The sea bass and chicken mole dishes were very good, as well as the guacamole appetizer and chips. The mole, while not stated to be spicey, left your lips burning for a while, but again, the mole was very good.

The chef accommodated our food allergies by coming out and meeting with us personally. The service was just right. And the food was delightful - best BBQ ribs ever, Parmesan shrimp was a hit. And then both the Mud Pie and Churros Sundae were a perfect end to the meal. We will return!
