The Kinneuchar Inn is a 17th-century pub and restaurant which champions great food in an intimate setting. We recently were awarded Best Local Restaurant in Scotland 2023 by The Good Food Guide.

We serve a daily changing 'a la carte' menu, based on ingredients sourced from the Balcaskie Estate and a handful of carefully curated partners. Our menus are seasonal and produce-led, aiming to highlight the quality of the ingredients.

Roo’s Leap Restaurant already has a great reputation… fresh ingredients cooked to order, and a friendly efficient service with a laid back Aussie attitude.Whether you’re looking for a great night out or you just can’t be bothered cooking, we’re sure we’ll have just what you’re looking for.

So what’s on the Menu? Well although we have an Aussie theme you’ll be pleased to know that Australians don’t typically eat Ostrich or Kangaroo… so neither do you! We have a fantastic international menu including our wonderful prime steak burgers, various warm sandwiches, steaks, salads, pasta dishes and, of course, our special “barbied” meat, chicken and fish dishes. We also have a number of vegetarian options. Our menu has over 50 dishes to choose from!

Please note we are dog friendly in our lounge during lunch hours only.

A magnificent former church conversion which is now a licensed coffee shop, art gallery and events space. The William Morris floor to ceiling stained glass windows set the tone.... it's glamourous, comfortable and every detail has been considered. A really lovely lunch. Our waiter was attentive although he was on his own with a busy service so there was a wee bit of waiting. He did a great job at finding a section of dishes that fit with our preferences. The food was lovely and authentic Spanish. It feels wrong to complain that there was too much of it, but I felt embarrassed by the amount we didn't eat! I would definitely go back and recommend to others.
