La historia de la callejuela Printer's Alley no puede entenderse si no se menciona el Rainbow Room, cuyo propietario y director, David "Skull" Schulman, fue una de las verdaderas estrellas de la Printer's Alley. Justo antes de abrir, Skul fue atacado por dos asaltantes y fue brutalmente asesinado. Sus asesinos fueron capturados más tarde, pero el club nunca volvió a abrir. Después de permanecer cerrado durante casi dos décadas, el Rainbow Room se ha reabierto en su ubicación original en la histórica Printer's Alley con el nombre de Skull's Rainbow Room, en honor al fallecido David "Skull" Schulman.
