A 14 seat, neighborhood Omakase from the team that brought you Noko Nashville. This is a 14 course, 90min nigiri & hand roll dining experience for $75. We highly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to enjoy a drink at our Japanese cocktail bar as we start promptly at your reservation time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the cuisine, we will not be able to accommodate fish allergies or vegetarians.

Die Geschichte der Straße Printer´s Alley kann nicht erzählt werden, ohne dass der Rainbow Room erwähnt wird. Besitzer und Betreiber ist David "Skull" Schulman, einer der wahren Stars in der Printer´s Alley. Kurz vor der Eröffnung wurde Skull von zwei Angreifern attackiert und brutal ermordet. Seine Mörder wurden später festgenommen, aber der Club wurde nie wieder eröffnet. Nachdem der Rainbow Room fast 2 Jahrzehnte lang geschlossen war, wurde er an seinem ursprünglichen Standort in der historischen Printer´s Alley unter dem Namen Skull´s Rainbow Room zu Ehren des verstorbenen David "Skull" Schulman wieder eröffnet. Im legendären Skull´s Rainbow Room befindet sich die Original-Speisekarte an der Wand. Die Barkeeper stellen eine Vielzahl von virtuosen Cocktails aus der Zeit nach der Abschaffung der Prohibition her. Sie genießen moderne amerikanische Küche und einen hervorragenden Service in entspannter Atmosphäre. An 7 Tagen in der Woche wird 2 Mal pro Abend eine stilvolle, seriöse Live-Burlesque-Show mit Live-Musik geboten.
